Vulcanus Extra Brut Méthode Traditionelle sparkling wine
Méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine made out of a super rare grape variety. The lush flavors of Vulcanus are highlighted by the local basalt terroir and the yeasty, buttery notes. Medium gold colored with refined mousse. The bouquet is driven by red apple, citrus and cream with a stable backbone of minerality. An outstandingly well-balanced dry sparkling wine with extremely vibrant acidity and a well-rounded mouthfeel due to the notes of toasted nuts and fudge.
This sparkling wine can be well-paired with seafood and beef tartare. Will develop nicely in the bottle for the next couple of years.
